How booking a Scenes Found tour works
From the first question to the last day of the tour: what you pay and when, what we do in between, and what happens if plans change.

Step by step
Nine steps from the first question to the first location
Most of them are ours. Your part: choose, pay the deposit and the balance, buy insurance and pack.
Dates to remember
- $250 deposit per person when you book
- Travel insurance within 14 days of the deposit
- The balance 60 days before departure

Per person on trips of two days or more, by card or bank transfer. Day tours are paid in full. Confirmation the same day.

Your flights
Book your own flights to the start city and home. We send the arrival and departure windows that match the airport transfers.

Passport and entry rules
Check that your passport is valid for at least six months after the trip, and apply for any travel authorization your destination asks for, such as the UK ETA, the NZeTA or a Jordan visa. Your advisor sends the current rules with your confirmation.

Paid in full 60 days before departure. Spread it in parts before then if you like, at no fee.

One price per person, and no surcharges later
2026 and 2027 departures, US dollars per person sharing a double room; day tours per person. Flights to the start city and home are yours to book, so you can use miles and your own airline.

If plans change
What happens to your money
If we cancel
Every dollar back, or another date with $100 per person off the price. You choose.
If the weather turns
A boat trip, a helicopter flight or a desert backcountry drive can move. We change the day, not the safety rules, and swap in something good. Any extra hotel night is on us.
If you have to cancel
Charges depend on how close to departure you are; see the booking terms. Travel insurance covers most reasons.
